Who We Are
About Us
A faithful church shaped by the Word of God and the way of Jesus.
Our Story
Not the largest or the loudest — a faithful church.
At Hertford Community Church, we are not trying to be the largest, loudest, or trendiest church. We want to be a faithful church shaped by the Word of God and the way of Jesus.
We believe Jesus called His Church to make disciples. That means church is more than a Sunday gathering. It is a people learning God's Word, growing in Christlike transformation, loving one another deeply, and living on mission in our homes, workplaces, neighborhoods, and community.
We gather to worship God, grow together, and encourage one another. Then we go as everyday disciple-makers, helping people experience the love and hope of Jesus.
Our Mission
Hertford Community Church exists to make disciple-makers by helping people know Jesus, grow in His Word, and go live on mission for Him.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be a Scripture-rooted church where people are transformed by Jesus, connected in authentic community, and sent to share His love in everyday life.
Know Jesus
We want people to know Jesus personally, know God's Word deeply, and know the hope found in the gospel.
Grow Together
We believe transformation happens as we grow in Scripture, prayer, worship, small groups, and authentic community.
Go Live on Mission
We believe every follower of Jesus is called to live as His ambassador, serving others and making disciples in everyday life.
